Redeeming the Heart of Cain: A Biblical Approach to Managing Anger (2006)
Designed to help a person or small/ support group manage anger from a biblical perspective.
Excerpt from RHC...
"Read on, study, ponder, wait, pursue, invite and live. An All-Star cast of Saints have gone through the same things you're going through, many struggle alongside you now and others will fight on to victory after you've gone.
This is your time to be more than your anger. This is your time to define yourself not as an angry man or an angry woman, but rather as a redeemed image bearer who is angry only rarely and slowly for the purpose of destroying evil and redeeming others so that they may accept the invitation to taste and see that the Lord is both good and powerful. You are on God's side and you are winning. Press on!"

My thoughts (and you know I always have them!)
This is an excellent resource! I've been using it to guide our family Bible study and even my teens are getting something out of it. The lessons are good, the intro to the study makes a lot of sense, and the author brings out some excellent points while providing the reader with scriptural tools to deal with anger. I love this because I am the only woman in my house and men tend to show anger more than women. We deal with it differently, but just as severely. The author knows what he's talking about. I encourage everyone to check out this resource for individual help or a small group study!
