Book signing in Oswego pics with fall leaves and scenic campus shots!

Here is a pic of me at the college bookstore in the new arena the college
had build the year SUNY Oswego won the ice hockey championship!

My first customer. She loves to read and was excited about getting my book.

My long time friend Howard who I've known for 22 years and set up my signings in Oswego. He's the assistant to the college president and an author as well. He's my bud!

Chinese foreign exchange students. They each got a copy of my book. They came from the area in China that was severely damaged in the last earthquake. The SUNY schools took on 150 of the displaced students when their campus was destroyed. Oswego received four of the students. They were very excited to get my book! They spoke English very well. I was impressed!

The back side of the book signing table. I had a lot of fun. Not everyone wanted their picture taken, of course. So this is it. I totally forgot about taking pics at my next book signing. I was nervous about my first reading but we had a nice group of ten people sitting in the circle for my reading and to answer questions. Several kids were from college and several from high school as well as adults. I had all guys in the group and just three women. What a blast! I wish I had remembered pictures! The fresh pressed cider was fabulous! I got the royal treatment.

Here is a pic of the shore of Lake Ontario. It's right on the campus.

Nathan standing with Lake Ontario behind him. It was very windy today!

Another pic of the lake from a different angle.

Another view of the shore of Lake Ontario on the SUNY college campus.

Here is a view of some of the buildings around campus.

A picture of my old dormitory building. I miss those days.

Here is a pic of the Lagoon on the other side of the dorm I used to live in.

Another view of the Lagoon. They have a memorial to people killed in NYC during 9-11 here at the lagoon. I didn't have time to get a picture.

A pretty scene of the campus. Just some fall foilage.

Another view of a different part of the campus.

The art building. I love the glass mural of the seagulls.

One more view of the campus before we left. This is a different view of the lagoon.

Here is a view of the riverfront that flows into Lake Ontario. This is in downtown Oswego a few blocks away from the River's End book store where I had my booksigning tonight.

Another waterfront picture.

Hubby looking at the river by the waterfront. We had a wonderful day!
