We have a very close friend who's a techie. I love him and I hate him. He knows so much about computers! And I'm such a doofus when it comes to them. Thankfully he is very patient and has worked us (Cec and me both) through stuff. But the cartoon is right, it's akin to torture to have to talk to one of them on the phone (a stranger no less) and try to interpret what he's/she's talking about. You, on the other hand, seem quite savvy with technical stuff.
I think the third would be the worst. Especially when you get a non-English speaking person. It's hard enough to figure out what they're saying when they speak English, let alone some broken language you don't recognize. Deb, who has to quit stopping and reading other things. I'm on a mission to find your review of Belly of the Dragon.
