I loved the first chapter of your current WIP. You're off to a great start.
Michelle has a real talent for writing. She puts her reader right at the scene with her catchy phrases and use of clear, concise, descriptive words. I'm also about half-way through another one of her completed works, "When Love Collides". Some publisher should pick it up. it's good.
