New giveaway! Now I'm giving away Aloha Rose by Lisa Carter!

About the book:

When Laney Carrigan sets out to find her birth family, her only clue is the Hawaiian quilt a red rose snowflake appliqued on a white background in which she was found wrapped as an infant. Centering her search on the Big Island and battling fears of rejection, Laney begins a painstaking journey toward her true heritage. Kai Barnes, however, is determined to protect the people he s come to regard as family. He thinks Laney is nothing more than a gold digger and blocks every move she makes toward her Hawaiian family. As their conflict escalates, it puts at risk the one thing that Kai and Laney both want most a family.

And now for the question... Have you ever traveled to Hawaii? If not where would you go if you could?

One of my son-in-laws lived there due to the Navy. He said it was beautiful but very expensive. I have never been to Hawaii. Happy Holidays

Off topic, but I recently came across your blog and have been reading it and wanted to get your input. I put together a list of books which I think are important for becoming a well rounded overall individual. What do you think of my selection?

I have never visited Hawaii. If it were possible, I would like to meet quilters and sit on a beach with them to quilt.
