New giveaway! Now I'm giving away She Makes it Look Easy by Marybeth Whalen.

To enter for a chance to win a copy of this book simply post a comment that answers this question... Have you ever been jealous of someone else's life only to discover that all wasn't what it seemed when you got to know them better? I will choose a winner using the Randomizer program next Sunday. Have a great week!

About the book:
Ariel Baxter has just moved into the neighborhood of her dreams. The chaos of domestic life and the loneliness of motherhood, however, moved with her. Then she meets her neighbor, Justine Miller. Justine ushers Ariel into a world of clutter-free houses, fresh-baked bread, homemade crafts, neighborhood play dates, and organization techniques designed to make marriage better and parenting manageable.

Soon Ariel realizes there is hope for peace, friendship, and clean kitchen counters. But when rumors start to circulate about Justine’s real home life, Ariel must choose whether to believe the best about the friend she admires or consider the possibility that “perfection” isn’t always what it seems to be.
A novel for every woman who has looked at another woman’s life and said, “I want what she has,” She Makes It Look Easy reminds us of the danger of pedestals and the beauty of authentic friendship.

My thoughts:

Never got this book to review so I don't have an opinion to share.

Hope that you are having a blessed and wonderful Day ,Thanks for the chance to win and what a great question , Ive been guilty of it , But for sure things arent always as they seem and sometimes looking in from the outside we dont realized just how anothers life is , Its not about the money that you make the house you live in or the price tag of the things you own , Until you really get to know some one you dont know there situation ,testimony or story and I my self have known people that live at a poverty level compared to most that are alot happier with there lives then those with so much they dont know what to do , God makes us all different and in the end I think the only thing that matters is our relationship with God that's what matters most ! Because money cant buy love or happiness !! Have a Great week thanks for the chance to win ! It sounds like a really good book

Yes I have been jealous of someone else's life. On the outside it seemed this person had it all but it was all a front. That taught me a big lesson. If I accept my own life I will be a much happier person and I am!! I found out life is not greener over on someone else's side of the fence!

She Makes It Look Easy sounds like a great read. I'd love to win a copy of it.

Blessings!

I don't remember being that jealous of another that I would want their lifestyle. But there have been times when I have envied some particular aspect of another's life.

Yes, I have been jealous of what others seem to have. But then I just have to get real and accept the life that God has given me with all the ups and downs that come with it.

Sounds like a fun book and a needed topic. Thanks for the giveaway!

Not sure if my first comment went through. If it did then disregard this one! :)

Yes, I have been jealous of others and what they seem to have in there lives. But then I have to step back and realize I am exactly where God has put me and I am doing the best I can.

Would love to read the book.

I have had people tell me they are jealous of me or think that I have it all together and I think, "If they only knew!!!"
I have been jealous of other people, I have had to realize that often people look better to outside people than they real are, so I try to keep that in mind!

Oh my, yes, I have to confess - I have envied another's life until we became better friends and began to reaalize why God had put us in each other's lives. There is purpose in his actions. I like the title of this book. Thank you for this giveaway and the chance to win it. I hope I win!
