I'll go first. I read Liberty Blue by Robin Lee Hatcher that was re-released and rewritten as an inspirational title and called Loving Libby. I actually liked the original version better, but they were very, very similar. :)

I read Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers - not sure what the original was like, but the one that came out on the Christian market remains one of my all time favorite books

I have read some of Lori Copeland's other books remade for the Christian fiction market. They were good but I have never read the originals. I would love to win a copy of this book.

I agree with Mark. I read Redeeming Love and it's one of my all time favorites.
I was reading Robin Lee Hatcher's "Coming to America" series (I believe that is what it was called)and ordered 1 or 2 from Amazon.
They ended up being the secular version. I then ordered the inspirational versions but I did compare them some just out of curiosity.
I also read "Loving Libby" but only the inspirational version.
I usually prefer inspirational books although occasionally I will read a secular of a few favorite authors.

Yes, I read a Teri Blackstock book that had been rewritten for the inspirational market. It was interesting, but I never read the original to compare the two. This book sounds good though. I like marriage of convenience books!

I can't think of a book I've read that was rewritten for the inspirational market. But there have been some books that I've read where a reader may not necessarily know it's meant for the inspirational market and still does a good job of conveying God's love through the characters and story.
